A small, sheltered cove, with a sandy beach, provides a welcome campsite near Hermanville, at the end of a 60 plus kilometers paddle in strengthening tailwinds throughout the day. From here, East Point, a significant milestone in the trip is a few hours paddle east, where a rocky reef meets the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Northumberland Strait.
