CONTEST RULES:
One (1) LEER Model 100R truck cap or LEER 700 Series tonneau (winner’s choice)will be awarded to the person selected by random drawing from all valid entries received through the Canoe and Kayak office over the course of three months (ending September 17, 2008), as established and scheduled by Canoe and Kayak. No purchase is necessary. Winner will be selected at random by Canoe and Kayak from all valid contest entries received.
The truck cap or tonneau prize is a standard unit without options. Winner must make arrangements to visit a LEER Dealer designated by LEER to place an order for their prize. They must also return to the designated Dealer for installation of the cap or tonneau at a time convenient to the winner and the Dealer. LEER will cover the cost of a standard installation; Dealer will perform normal adjustments and warranty service.
Special features and options are not included in the prize. A winner who wishes to purchase options for his/her cap or tonneau prize must indicate this in advance of the order and pay regular retail prices for those options at time of order.
In the event the winner does not have a truck that LEER can fit with a regular production Model 100R cap or 700 Series tonneau, the prize may be transferred to a person designated by the winner. All other rules remain in force.
LEER’s and Canoe & Kayak Magazine's obligation to the winner is fulfilled by the prize and contingencies noted above. There is no cash value or alternative prize available to the winner. Employees of Leer, Sourceinterlink and Canoe & Kayak Magazine are not eligible to win. The prize must be redeemed within two months of notification of the winner - (November 17, 2008.) If the prize is not redeemed within two months it is forfeited.
